The Sparta Film & TV Risk Managed EIS Fund seeks to combine sound risk management with a view to protecting, in so far as is practicable, your capital investment, whilst retaining the potential for substantial capital growth.
The Fund has been specifically designed to offer a realistic prospect of all investors receiving back a minimum of 80% of their original investment after three to five years without losing the upside potential for capital growth. This is because only 20% of the amount invested in a potential film or TV opportunity is intended to be at risk of loss.
The Fund’s Portfolio will have exposure to a number of diverse film and TV projects which will diversify inherent risk to some extent. Although investments of this kind can be volatile and can carry higher risk, they nevertheless have the potential to generate extraordinary returns within their particular media sector. For example, some lower budget feature films have achieved Oscar success and global recognition.
