Investment Advisory Panel

The Investment Advisory Panel and its Function

Investing in companies at an early stage of development can prove immensely profitable.  Selecting the right companies to invest in, however, is of paramount importance.

Carefully chosen for their relevant experience in the field of corporate finance, fund raising and management of companies at an early stage of development, the members of the Investment Advisory Panel play a crucial role in the selection and monitoring of Investee Companies:

Simon Pannett - Having worked with two City stockbrokers, Simon has subsequently spent the majority of his career in investment management and corporate finance markets with particular expertise in the smaller unquoted sector;

Nigel Milton - Former editor of 'Investing for Growth', Nigel is  a skilled small companies stockpicker and a contributor to 'Investors' Chronicle'.

Paul Finnigan - Director of Hoare Worth & Co Ltd., active since 1985 in mergers, acquisitions and fund raising for small and medium sized enterprises;

Peter Buxtorf - Managing Director of Lacomp plc;

Steve Willmot - Investment Director of Lacomp plc.

Following investment, the members of the Investment Advisory Panel remain very closely involved and are responsible for ongoing monitoring of the Fund's investments as well as planning the exit strategies.
